BAEST, a.s., is a company that knows where it makes head for and strives for changing the things that could be influenced. In 2004 the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union opened new opportunities for us, how to influence our future. From the very beginning we have been sure we want to make use of the chance and, employing the support provided by the European Structural Funds, to build the company and prepare strategies for its future developments.

In 2005 we prepared our first projects and a year later, after deciding on their approval, started their implementation. Our projects have been created always with the view to bring us the maximum possible innovation and improvement of our systems and to drive our employees on towards our strategic objectives. All the employees, at any organisational level of the company, are involved in those projects. Our achievements are monitored and the successful developments of our company reflect itself in its image.
