mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none;\">Die Beh\u00e4lter sind standardm\u00e4\u00dfig mit einem Heizsystem, Armaturen f\u00fcr Ansaugen, Abf\u00fcllen, \u00dcberlauf, Kontroll\u00f6ffnungen, Armaturen f\u00fcr Mess- und Sicherheitselemente ausgestattet. Die Beh\u00e4lter sind weiter mit Au\u00dfen- und Innenleiter, einem Schutzgel\u00e4nder auf dem Dach und einer \u00dcbergangsb\u00fchne ausgestattet. Nach Kundenwunsch k\u00f6nnen die Beh\u00e4lter mit einem R\u00fchrer ausgestattet. Die Spiegel\u00fcberwachung und -messung wird mit Hilfe von der Drucksonde WEGA, Radarmessung, Kapazit\u00e4tssonde usw., beziehungsweise mit der Hilfe von einem mechanischen Schwimmer durchgef\u00fchrt. Um eine Beh\u00e4lter\u00fcberf\u00fcllung zu vermeiden, sperren bei Erreichung der Maximalspiegelh\u00f6he entweder die Sonde oder der Endschalter die Pumpe ab. Ein Havarieschwimmer stellt die Absperrung der Pumpe beim Versagen des Endschalters f\u00fcr Spiegel\u00fcberwachung sicher. Die Qualit\u00e4tsoberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung ist mit den thermoresistenten Farben durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Beh\u00e4lterw\u00e4rmeverluste zu vermindern, ist der Beh\u00e4lter mit der W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmstoff ORSIL in der St\u00e4rke von 150 bis 300mm isoliert. Die W\u00e4rmeisolierung ist mit einem Aluminium- oder verzinkten Glattblech, beziehungsweise mit trapezf\u00f6rmigem Blech ummantelt.<\/p>\n<p>Technologische Rohrleitungen:<br \/>\ndoppelwandige Bitumenrohrverteilungen<br \/>\neinwandige Rohrverteilungen der W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4gerfl\u00fcssigkeit<\/p>\n<p>Der Lagerstandort ist mit einer Einzelabf\u00fcllstelle ausgestattet. Die beheizte Zahnradpumpe erm\u00f6glicht variable Arten der Beh\u00e4lterabf\u00fcllung und zwar eine F\u00f6rderung durch den Anschluss an das Abf\u00fcllende der Verteilung oder eine direkte Abf\u00fcllung aus dem Tankwagen durch eine Umgehungsleitung der Abf\u00fcllpumpe und des Filters. Die Rohrleitungen mit einer Pumpe erm\u00f6glichen das Bitumenumpumpen zwischen den einzelnen Beh\u00e4ltern, die Mischung des Beh\u00e4lterinhaltes und seine Ausgabe in den Tankwagen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Beh\u00e4lter, das Bitumenrohrleitungsnetz und das W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4gerrohrleitungsnetz sind in einem undurchl\u00e4ssigen Betonbecken gem\u00e4\u00df der g\u00fcltigen Norm CSN eingebaut.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zugang zu den einzelnen Armaturen erfolgt \u00fcber begehbare Gitterplatten und aus einer \u00fcber den Beh\u00e4ltern angebrachten Bedienungsb\u00fchne. Das W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4gerrohrleitungsnetz sowie auch die doppelwandigen Bitumenrohrverteilungen sind mit der W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmstoff ORSIL in der St\u00e4rke von 80 bis 100mm isoliert und mit einem verzinkten oder Aluminiumblech ummantelt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right:
