BAEST Machines & Structures, a.s.<\/h2><\/div>

is a private company with its manufacturing programme aimed at the production of welded steel structures and equipment for construction industry, machinery, energy industry, ecology and agriculture as well as chemical, petrochemical and food industries, employing about 240 people. The company operates production halls of the floorage of 30,000 m2 and storage areas as large as 10,000 m2 located in company\u2018s own premises covering the area of 17 ha. The production plants are well equipped with necessary lifting and handling technologies of the loading capacity up to 50 tons.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Manufacturing program<\/h3><\/div>

Our production programme is focused not only on the repeated manufacture of standard products, but also on custom-built (small-series or even piece) production. Owing to our multipurpose technological machinery and equipment and highly competent teams of specialists it is possible to supply the wide and flexible range of products. Production documentation is prepared and implemented using modern CAD and CAD\/CAM design and engineering methods (Autocad, Autodesk Inventor 3D, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/div>

The company holds a certificate for occupational health and safety management in accordance with ISO 45001:2018, quality management EN ISO 9001:2016, environmental management EN ISO 14001:2016, and for welding steel structures, it holds EN ISO 3834-2-2006 certification and a DIN 18800-7:2008-11 Klasse E welding certificate, EN 1090-1:2009\/AC:2010, Annex ZA, for welding pressure vessels, PED 97\/23\/EG \/ AD 2000 HP0 \/ EN 3734-2 certificate.<\/p>\n

High-quality production in accordance with EN, DIN, and \u010cSN standards allows us to increase the share of exports in our growing turnover every year. In recent years, the share of exports has stabilized at 85% and is directed to 20 countries around the world. Our main foreign customers are companies from the EU, Eastern and Western Europe.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The history of the engineering plant built on the outskirts of Bene\u0161ov in the \u010cern\u00fd les area dates back to 1979, when construction of a production plant began, the investor of which was the state-owned enterprise Stavebn\u00ed stroje Zli\u010d\u00edn. The construction of the plant was completed and put into operation in 1984. The plant was built for the purpose of producing molding equipment for panel factories for the production of parts for residential, civil and industrial construction. The plant was incorporated into the Stavebn\u00ed stroje Zli\u010d\u00edn corporate group, as plant 10 – Stavebn\u00ed stroje Bene\u0161ov.<\/p>\n

In 1991, the plant was transformed into an independent enterprise Stavebn\u00ed stroje Bene\u0161ov, which continued to continuously produce molding equipment and components for construction machinery. In 1996, the Stavebn\u00ed stroje Bene\u0161ov enterprise was privatized by BEST s.r.o. Bene\u0161ov into a private company. During this period, a fundamental change occurred in the production program, when molding equipment was replaced by the production of tanks, construction and portal cranes and drilling equipment.<\/p>\n

In 2002, all commercial and production activities of BEST s.r.o. were taken over by BAEST, a joint-stock company, which supplemented and developed the production program with the production of components for construction and special cranes, tanks for industrial purposes, energy and ecology, and supplies of separate technological units for packaging plants and concrete plants.
