Single-shell and double-shell storage tanks of steel are intended for the storage of fuels. They are made in the sizes falling in the standard product range and having the capacities from 0,1m3 to 250m3 and may be optionally divided into two or more compartments.

In standard versions, the tanks are provided with filler necks of the sizes of 600, 700 or 800mm in diameter. A mud box is installed in the bottom part of each tank and a ladder is welded in the tank above the mud box. At the upper tank part two lifting lugs are welded on to make tank handling easier.

Tank accessories may comprise the following items:

  • girding
  • manhole with a cover plate
  • crossing reductions and crossing hatches
  • cover bores (possibly cover outfit)
  • anchoring elements

Surface finish and the finish of internal surfaces is made according to customer‘s individual requirements and depending on the involved media and environmental conditions.

The manufacturer shall provide:

  • engineering and consulting services, design inclusive;
  • project activities
  • preparation of engineering and production documentation;
  • manufacture of tanks of its own;
  • tightness and pressure testing
  • tank insulation and surface treatment according to customer‘s requirements
  • delivery and installation, including works made by a crane
  • pressure and spark tests after tank installation
  • regular inspections and pressure testing.
